Who it is for

For everyone who coordinates drone missions with several pilots: companies – for surveying, inspection, construction site documentation, film and photography – as well as clubs and volunteer emergency organisations such as search and rescue dog units, fire brigades or water rescue services. Both sides work on the same data: whatever dispatch changes, the pilot sees straight away, and every report from the field is in the office straight away.

For dispatch: planning in the browser

Job planning: Date, location with airspace check, customer and site, pilots and drones. Recurring jobs as a series; assigned pilots get a push notification right away.
Planning board and calendar: Who flies when – per pilot and week, grouped by team. Also available in Outlook or Google Calendar as a calendar subscription.
Job traffic light: Airspace, NOTAMs and weather are checked against the limits of the drones assigned to the job – automatically the day before.
Fleet and pilots: Drone status with one click, backup drone, warning on double bookings. Qualification check (A1/A3, A2, STS) with a reminder before expiry, absences such as holidays and training.
All records in one place: Company or club, pilots, drones, customers and sites, plus documents such as insurance policies, maintenance logs and permits.
Quotes with a pre-check: Turn a customer and site into a quote with your prices. Building height, geo-zones, control zone and NOTAMs are checked up front, and the quote goes out as a PDF with your logo.
Risk assessment per job: From a template for drone operations – including work on buildings – with measures, responsible persons and confirmed briefing. As a PDF with your letterhead.
Permits & approvals: Hoverpoint suggests which permits and consents a job needs – from geo-zones, drone and building height. Status, authority, reference and decision for each item, an authority finder and a ready-made letter. Owners consent via link with a signature, four approval steps with name and time. The result is a mission folder and mission record as PDF – instead of a binder.
Reports and export: Every job report with flights, flight time, incidents, photos and signatures as a PDF. All of your organisation’s data available for download at any time.

For pilots: everything in the app

Team access: Dispatch gives each pilot a personal QR code. Scan it once and your organisation’s area is set up – protected by the pilot’s own PIN or fingerprint.
My jobs: What is on today and what comes next. Accept or decline with one tap, start navigation to the site directly.
Carrying out a job: Log flights, flight time and incidents, take photos – even without a network connection; everything is uploaded as soon as there is reception again.
Sign-off on site: The client signs directly on the phone; the pilot’s signature is taken from their profile.
Inspections on site: The pilot shows exactly the documents that apply to this job – insurance, maintenance logs, permits for the drones in use. Downloaded in advance and available offline.

On top of that, every pilot gets the full Hoverpoint app with Pro: airspace map, NOTAM assessment, weather, flight log.

For fawn rescue: searching meadows before mowing

With the wildlife rescue module, a fawn rescue team plans its whole season in Hoverpoint – from the meadow to the certificate for the farmer.

Fields and mowing dates: add farmers and meadows with their outline, import outlines from KML, KMZ or GeoJSON, mowing calendar with hectares per day.
Search route in one click: line spacing follows the thermal camera, e.g. Mavic 3T, Matrice 30T, Matrice 4T or Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced. Export as DJI KMZ.
Finds on the map: mark finds with a tap, finds from previous years appear in grey.
Helpers without an account: assign them and send the meeting point via WhatsApp.
Certificate and statistics: search certificate for the farmer, season statistics as CSV.

Security and data protection

Two-factor without an extra appDispatch confirms sign-in with a code sent by email, pilots with one tap in the Hoverpoint app.

Access stays in your handsInvitation codes work once and for seven days, only for the registered account. Any app access can be revoked at any time.

Everyone sees what concerns themPilots only see their own jobs. Documents for inspections are only available on the day of the job.

Data minimisationAbsences without giving reasons; each pilot’s signature stays private in their profile.

Storage in GermanyPhotos, documents and files are stored in a data centre in Frankfurt.

Licence and enquiry
